German Atomic Forum Elects New Executive Manager

On April 18, Dieter Marx was elected new executive manager by the steering committee of the German Atomic Forum. Herr Marx, who is 38, will take up office with immediate effect.

After having studies business economics at the universities of Siegen and Cologne, Dieter Marx started out as auditor and consultant for a large accountancy firm before becoming Head of Business Administration of the joint secretariat of the German Atomic Forum and its subsidiary, the INFORUM publishing and administration company in 1997.

With effect from April 1, 2002, Herr Marx has furthermore been appointed new managing director of INFORUM GmbH and Informationskreis Kernenergie (IK).
